Reports from the United Arab Emirates say three American missionaries have been arrested for allegedly distributing compact discs and videos promoting Christianity in Dubai.
Police are also reported to have found large numbers of compact discs when they searched the missionaries' rooms.
Although non-Muslim faiths are allowed to worship in the UAE, it is illegal to promote religions other than Islam or to seek converts.
