Azar Ajaj, an Arab Evangelical Christian Church history lecturer from Nazareth -Israel, writes a response to the law passed in the Israeli Knesset marking the beginning of alleged others in order to differentiate between Israeli Christians and Muslims, and to help the Christians to integrate with Israeli society.

Media and popular culture overwhelmingly equated Arabs with Islam, leaving little chance for the average person in most Western countries to realise that in addition to Muslims, many Arabs belong to the Christian faith.
